1 hour instructor led yoga class with Rachel Cruickshank
Combining her knowledge of yoga, mindfulness and the body, Rachel aims to restore mental and physical balance in her classes. Rachel’s style of yoga is playful and fun but will allow you to go deeper into yourself and start on a journey of self discovery. There is a strong focus on breath and mindful movement whilst providing space for you to take whatever it is that your body needs from the class.
